AI search visibility
How ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI results describe and recommend your property, tracked every month on a fixed set of real guest questions.
Your next guest asks Google, ChatGPT or Perplexity before they ever reach your website, and too often the answer sends them to a booking site. We make sure five-star hotels, resorts and small groups are the ones recommended, and that the booking comes to you directly.
Grand Plaza Serviced Apartments needed a louder voice among London's hotels on Google. A rebuilt local profile, a full technical clean-up, re-worked landing pages and links from travel bloggers lifted organic traffic by more than 210% and keyword rankings by 45%. Source: Reposition case study
Every engagement is scoped to your property, your guests and your competitors, but it draws on the same set of disciplines.
How ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI results describe and recommend your property, tracked every month on a fixed set of real guest questions.
Keyword research built around how your guests actually search, mapped to rooms, suites, experiences and destination pages.
Rate pages, offers and enquiry routes set up so a guest who finds you organically books with you, not through an OTA.
Hotel, room, offer and FAQ markup, so search engines and AI assistants read your facts correctly.
Your Google Business Profile, map-pack presence and consistent details across every listing a guest might see.
The same room types, facilities, awards and policies on your site, the booking sites and the guides AI relies on.
For properties whose guests travel from abroad: pages for each source market and hreflang set up properly.
Guides to the area, events and seasons that answer a guest's planning questions and earn citations.
Coverage and links from the travel publications and guides that recommendations are built from.
Speed, mobile experience and crawlability, so a beautiful website also performs in search.
Google Hotel Ads and paid search alongside organic, measured on return on ad spend.
A monthly report on direct bookings, AI visibility and organic revenue, written to be read rather than filed.
The snapshot shows which disciplines matter for your property, and in what order.

SEO for a luxury hospitality group and SEO for a five-unit branded residence are not the same job, so we don't sell either off a fixed-price menu. Every engagement starts with a free AI Visibility Snapshot, and moves at the pace your brand needs.
We review your site's technical health, content and current visibility across Google and AI search, and tell you exactly what's holding you back.
We fix what's broken and build what's missing: technical foundations, content, structured data and the link profile your category actually rewards.
A retainer that keeps you visible as search — and AI search — keeps changing, with a monthly report you can actually read.
Every booking that arrives through an OTA arrives with a commission attached.
Being recommended and winning the direct booking are two separate problems. A strong organic and AI presence:
AI assistants recommend the hotels they can describe with confidence. They build that description from your website, your Google Business Profile, the booking sites and the travel guides that mention you. If those sources disagree about your room types or facilities, or if a competitor is simply described more often and more clearly, the competitor is named. The fix is rarely one thing: it is consistent facts everywhere, pages written to answer the questions guests ask, structured data that removes the guesswork, and coverage in the publications AI trusts.
By making sure the guest who is already looking for you finds your own site first, and that your site makes booking direct the easy choice. That means ranking for your own name and for the searches around it, a Google Business Profile that sends people to your site rather than a booking platform, rate and offer pages that give a reason to book direct, and a booking path that is as fast on a phone as the OTA’s.
We agree a fixed set of the questions your guests actually ask, and measure the same set every month across the major AI platforms and Google. You see where you are recommended, where a competitor or a booking site is recommended instead, and how that moves. Alongside it we report the numbers that pay the bills: direct bookings, enquiries and organic revenue.
Grand Plaza provides serviced apartments for visitors to London and, in a highly competitive market, needed a louder voice on Google than the hotels around it. We rebuilt and promoted its Google Business Profile, encouraging the guests who pass through its doors every day to rate and review it. We audited the website end to end and fixed every technical issue, re-worked its landing pages around the searches guests make, and invited travel bloggers to review it, which earned mentions and links from their sites.
Results: organic traffic up more than 210%, keyword rankings up 45%, content traffic up 68% and engagement up 185%. Read the case study
A boutique luxury hotel on the Greek island of Tinos, looking to reach UK travellers planning a premium Mediterranean stay and to take more of those bookings directly. We built dedicated pages for its suites, weddings, honeymoons and experiences, rewrote the site around the destination, added Hotel and LodgingBusiness structured data, fixed its technical health and earned coverage from travel and luxury lifestyle publications.
Results: the number of UK search terms the hotel ranks for grew from 25 to 41 between April 2025 and February 2026, with the site now visible for luxury, boutique and destination searches for Tinos and the Greek islands. Read the case study

Every hotel engagement starts with a free AI Visibility Snapshot. We run twenty of the questions your guests ask through ChatGPT, Google AI Mode and Perplexity, and show you on one page where you are recommended, where a competitor or a booking site is recommended instead, and one fact AI currently gets wrong about your property.
Both. We work with independent five-star hotels and resorts, and with groups of two to five properties. If you already have an in-house SEO specialist or a retained global agency, we are probably not the right fit, and we will tell you so.
No one honestly can: AI answers change from week to week. What we guarantee is the work, the tracking, and a fixed set of guest questions you can watch move month by month.
Yes. Most hotel booking engines sit on a separate system. We work on the pages that lead into it, and set up tracking so that bookings which start from search or AI are counted, not lost.
No. The right scope depends on your property, your market and your competitors, so we do not sell hotel SEO off a fixed menu. Start with a free AI Visibility Snapshot and we will give you a plan and a quote built around your hotel.
Yes. We work with properties internationally and meet clients in person in London and Bangkok. What matters is where your guests are asking the question, and most of the questions we optimise for are asked in English by travellers planning from home.
A short, written review of your site's visibility across Google, AI Overviews and the assistants your guests and buyers use. No obligation, no price list.
